Blogging on the Internet has become more and more popular over the last several years. Blogs are popular with readers since they are usually easier and more entertaining to read than news articles. Also, people like to write blogs because they rank well on search engines. If you want to write blogs then these are the things you need to do in order to be successful.

1.Write Frequently
You will quickly notice that the more posts you make to your blog, the more traffic you’ll get. Plus, if you are constantly putting new content on your blog then people are going to want to check back there frequently.
So be sure you write a new post at least three or four times a day.
2.Digg Your Blog
Digg.com is a very popular social bookmarking site. All you have to do is sign-up (for free) on the site and then every time you make a new post you will go back to Digg and put in the URL of your blog.
You will need to put in a couple sentences as a preview for what you’re posting on Digg. Try to include a couple sentences that will really capture people’s curiosity so they’ll click on the link to your blog.
3.Add Your Blog to SumbleUpon
StumbleUpon is another bookmarking site. It’s actually very easy to add your new blog entries to StumbleUpon once you are signed-up with the site.
While signing-up on StumbleUpon.com choose to install their toolbar. Then whenever you write a new blog entry all you need to do is click on “I Like It” at the top of your computer screen. You will literally be able to add your entry to StumbleUpon in less than 30 seconds.
4.Turn Your Entry into an Article on Ezinearticles.com
You can either use your exact blog or write another article that is different but very similar to your blog. Either way, you want to post the article in order to get even more traffic to your blog.
If you don’t already have an account with Ezinearticles.com then you will need to get one. Be sure you read the rules so that you don’t try to make an illegal submission. This will result in your article being denied.
Once you have an account then you can submit your article. Until you become a “Platinum Member” you’ll have to wait a few days for acceptance. But once your article is accepted it will give your blog a boost of traffic.
To get the full benefit of blogging, you need to know the right way to blog. Four things you must do when blogging are post new blogs frequently, Digg your blogs, submit them to StumbleUpon.com, and submit an article to ezinearticles.com.

Just about anyone who has a business on the Internet uses article marketing as part of their marketing efforts. Article marketing is when a person writes an article related to a product or service they’re offering in an attempt to get more people to become their customer. Unfortunately not many people even know the right way to write articles.
One of the keys to writing articles is to make sure they will rank high on the search engines. This is done through search engine optimization. This means that the article is written using a keyword or a keyword phrase in the article so that the article appears when that keyword or keyword phrase is searched for.
Just about everyone who writes articles knows that the articles have to be search engine optimized. So this is followed but the other key for the right way to write articles is completely overlooked. The other key ingredient is to make sure the article is well-written, easy to read, and informative.
Too many people simply write an article as fast as they can and pump it full of keywords or a keyword phrases and then throw it up on the Internet. The article is not educational and has no value to anyone. So people will find the article but they won’t go any further.
So anyone writing an article has to remember there are two steps that must be taken by any potential customers. First the person has to find the article and then they have to read it and find enough value to want to continue to where the article directs them.
There are many people who write articles but absolutely hate it. Many of these people also have no idea how to write a good article. Luckily there is a formula they can follow.
The first part of a good article is the title. The title should include the keyword or keyword phrase and it should also promise to give a benefit to the reader. For example, it might promise it will tell them how to save money on gas or it might promise to tell them how to write an article the correct way (just as the title of this article does). One thing to keep in mind is to always give people a list or a specific number of solutions to a problem. People love reading these types of articles.
Next an introduction has to be written. This will introduce the reader to the topic and should include a “hook” – something that will keep the people reading.
Then in the body of the article, you should give them the benefit that was promised in the title. Make sure you give them what was promised. If you promised “4 Ways to Save Money on Gas” then you better give them 4 ways to save money on gas. If not, they’ll get disgusted and simply click-out of your article.
Finally, in the conclusion you should just sum-up what the entire article was about. Some people like to make the conclusion a mirror image of the introduction.
Many people write articles and post them on the Internet but not many people actually know the right way to write articles. A good article needs to be optimized for search engines and it also needs to be well-written so that the article leads the reader to where you want them to go.

The money is in the list, the money is in the list, the money is in the list, how many times have we heard every guru on the planet say this? Hundreds, thousands?, and with good reason.
I’m going to show you 5 ways how to add quality subscribers to your list without spending a fortune.

You can integrate a subscribe box just about anywhere in a website. You could add one just before an article starts, in the middle of an article or even at the end of the article.
As long as you have good content on your website, you won’t have a problem getting people to subscribe to your newsletter.
Viral marketing is the way to go! Writing viral ebooks that get passed aroundWriting viral books is nothing new, but it’s still a great way to get your newsletter noticed. There are a few methods you can use when creating viral ebooks. You can either create them as a free product, or charge for them and give people the reprint rights to the product so they in turn can give your product away while making some money in the process.
I prefer the reprint right route. Once the momentum of the first book wears out, write another and another and another and another! All in the same method, all with reprint rights and all with your newsletter subscribe from plastered in them.
The goal really isn’t to make money from the sales of the book, it’s to get more subscribers.
The best way is to write a few free E-courses that people can subscribe to via an autoresponder and weave the links into your article. Here is what I mean, and I can tell you now, HARDLY ANYONE is doing this.
Let’s say you have a newsletter on Fishing and you’re in the middle of writing a few articles to send out for publication. Here is what I would do.I would go to Aweber.com, buy a monthly subscription to their service and then start writing up 2 or 3 free e-courses on all things to do with Ice Fishing and plug them into my autoresponder.
Now why would I want to do this if I really want people to subscribe to my newsletter? Well, article writing has come under attack by people who believe cutting peoples article bylines out is acceptable. They just steal the content as their own. So instead of trying to fight these people everyday of the week, I’ve accepted this is going to happen and I made provisions for it, and infact, it probably works in my favor.
So in my article while I’m writing it, I would let the readers know there is this great E-course for free they can sign up for. I wouldn’t mention it was mine. I would just weave it into my article and it looks like I’m providing them with a great free resource.
I would then provide them with the autoresponder link and how to sign up.
Also remember that when you write your resource box for your article, you don’t have to get them to go to a webpage to sign up for your newsletter.
You can put your newsletter subscribe information in your resource box like this….
“To get more information on how to catch more bass on a weekly basis, sign up for our newsletter by sending a blank email to youremail@address-here.com”
1) Find forums in your niche
2) Read some of the back posts and see whos the boss, who posts good content and what the rules are3) Start posting with informative information and include your little newsletter byline at the end of your post or in your signature file
What most people have a problem with is not writing good posts, but finding the forums to post in.
Now that work is done for you. Just enter the topic your newsletter is on into the website address below and you will find all the forums you could possibly want on those subjects.
Start using them yourself, pretty soon you’ll have a quality subscribers to your list.
All the best,
Duncan

E-books are electronic books that can be sold or freely distributed through the Internet. They have a variety of information and uses. Most people love these things, as they take hardly any time at all to put together and can really help market yourself or your business. Take a look at some instances where an E-book can really take your business to the next level.
First, an E-book can be on most any subject you can imagine– from dogs to kids, to even Internet marketing. Most of these are very easy to read and can be very short or long depending on how much work is put into them. Of course, the more work you put into them, the better they usually are. One big advantage to an E-book is you can cater them to do whatever you like. Many businesses and individuals are using them to promote their business or whatever they are selling. This is made easier as these books can be coded with your own website links or your own products if that is what you desire.

No longer are you at the mercy of anyone else. If you can type, then you can be a published author if you want. The E-book craze just keeps rolling on and it looks like that won’t end anytime soon either. Most people give away E-books as a way to get more people to look at their products and it works extremely well for the most part. Others package them with reports or something else so they can give more value for the buck. No matter which option you choose, the E-book is a very powerful tool that can change your business virtually overnight if you market it right. Sales from one book can equal thousands of dollars if you hire affiliates and others to promote your product. Just don’t write it and sit on it. Get it out there and see how it does for you. You may be surprised at the success you have with it and all the people that actually read it.
One of the biggest mistakes many people make with using E-books is putting together one so fast it just isn’t worth publishing. Many mistakes can be made if you don’t do your homework, especially on the subject. This is something to always remember. You can’t fake what you don’t know, so always consider that when making an E-book. Do it on a subject that you love and know a lot about. Don’t do it on things you have very little knowledge on because it will show through very quickly. E-books can be your best friends if you use them properly or your worst nightmare if you don’t. Getting an E-book out just for the sake to say you are a published author is just not worth it. In the long run, always have quality over quantity and you will be successful. E-Books are great if used right, so keep that in mind when you decide to write an e-book.

Internet marketing can be a boon and a bane to a business. Like all other kinds of marketing, Internet marketing calls attention to a business, or its products and services. Internet marketing also brings the business to a wider audience, and, if done skillfully, can widen a market base and earn money for a company, provided that the marketing results in financial returns. However, like other kinds of marketing, Internet marketing can easily stray into hard selling, and can ruin a company’s reputation as well.
And, like offline Internet marketing, Internet marketing has its own share of marketing myths, or business practices that Internet marketing teams engage in without regard for potentially dangerous or disastrous consequences. Thanks to some good time of practicing Internet marketing, new Internet marketing teams can learn from a few mistakes and succeed in their Internet marketing schemes. They might also make a few mistakes of their own, since most schemes are not as well-tested or documented yet.

The First Myth: One Good E-book Can Earn You Your Retirement Quick
Some Internet marketers make the mistake of putting all their eggs in one basket – and often, that basket can be difficult to sell, and it can look like just about any other basket in the rest of the baskets of the Internet. For instance, some Internet marketers preach – or over-preach – the power of the electronic book, or e-book. Some claim that by selling one well-designed, well-written e-book, and often at exorbitant prices, one can make millions of dollars at once.
First of all, the e-book is difficult to read. There are only a few people on the planet who have the patience, let alone the excellent eyesight, to sit at a computer for at least an hour each day pressing the Page Down button. Second, placing a high price on e-books can actually turn more customers off: what makes an e-book so good that it can put up a good fight versus real books or other e-books available online?
Instead of marketing a single e-book, market at least five, or split that single e-book into modules. Better yet, market a product or service, and then offer the e-book for free. Although an e-book can be useful for your customers or clients, they will often prefer to get tips, facts, or lessons for free.
The Second Myth: All You Need is a Long List of E-mail Addresses and You’ve Got Customers
E-mail marketing entails sending out e-mail messages to lots of people, hoping that they will respond. This is good if you are sure to get these people to purchase your product or service instead of getting your e-mail straight into their Recycle Bin. Otherwise, a long list of e-mail addresses means nothing.
In fact, Internet marketing is so much more complex than a list of people, a product, a good sales letter, and a group of affiliates to add money to your bank account. You need a combination of a good list of e-mail addresses of people whom you know will buy your product or service. You need a product or service that has been tested completely and is of high quality. If you miss out on just one aspect of Internet marketing, you are bound for bankruptcy.
The Third Myth: It’s All About the Keywords
Search engine optimization, or SEO, involves tweaking site content so that certain words are repeated at a certain frequency. Many Internet marketers use this principle, and utilize important words or phrases, commonly referred to as keywords and keyphrases, respectively. Through this line of reasoning, Internet marketers hope to attract the attention of search engine robots. These robots will pick up these words or phrases and allow them to index a site properly. With just the right smattering of keywords and keyphrases, a site should climb to the top of the search engine results list and be the most popular, right?
Internet marketing through SEO is far more complex than just getting search engines to index your site – it means getting prospective customers to go there, stay there, and keep on coming back. In other words, keywords mean nothing if they are placed in poorly-written text, or boring articles that no one will have any use for.
When working with SEO, think of exciting articles that are relevant to the site’s aims, and that will be exciting to the site’s target market. Keywords and keyphrases are only second priority.
These are only a few myths that live in the Internet marketing universe. As more research is done, and as the Internet market evolves, today’s techniques might turn into tomorrow’s mistakes, and Internet marketing will change.
Have a good day
Duncan
